Andy Warhol: Free Love

"A sexual revolution was underway during the 1960's and 70's. Warhol explored erotic themes in his artwork and was inspired by the idea of "free love". Warhol was openly homosecual and an inspiration to those who suffered from trying to conform to cultural norms about love and sex. He believed that there should be a 1st grade course about beauty and love."

I think that the works I chose to post about relate to the themes in these photos. Two of them are a more sexual, and one had two faces, one a flower. While the first photos differs from the second two, I think they fit the theme of self love and not being ashamed of who you are/love.
